One Media Group (OMG) seeks to be the dominant lifestyle media group in Greater China. OMG has led the Hong Kong lifestyle publishing industry for 40 years with its flagship title, Ming Pao Weekly. Today, OMG is continuing to build upon that momentum in the PRC through such titles as MING, Top Gear and Popular Science. As the PRC advertising market grows at solid double-digit rates, year on year, OMG is capitalizing upon that trend through our consumer-focused lifestyle magazines. Steady increases in consumer spending, in corporate advertising expenditures, and a dramatic increase in disposable income are all contributing to OMG's growth.
In the short to medium term, One Media Group intends to grow both organically and through acquisition. The advertising revenue of our existing portfolio of lifestyle magazines will continue to grow as both page rates and the number of pages per issue can be increased. We will also seek to increase the number of titles in the portfolio, and this will occur through licensing more magazines from foreign partners, through launching new titles created in-house, and through acquiring existing titles in the marketplace.
